Pre-implementation preparation:
two days before the eight-day program begins
Setting the foundation for transformation
These two days are about creating the conditions for your Oasis to flourish.
Nicole arrives early to oversee logistics, coordinate with your team, and address any last-minute needs.
This gives us space to troubleshoot, to refine the physical environment, and to prepare nourishing food — ensuring the official eight-day program begins in a calm, intentional space.
Day 1: Arrival and office assessment
Settle into your location and meet with your CEO and key team members.
Together, walk through the office to understand the existing space—layouts, energy flows, current pain points.
Confirm that the premium care boxes have arrived: office equipment, kitchen supplies, plants, gemstones, books, water station, wellness tools, relaxation items, and supplies for the active room.
Review the office setup plan.
Create a detailed checklist for each zone: reception, workspaces, meeting areas, kitchen, rest areas, and gathering spaces.
Identify any gaps or items that need to be sourced locally. Begin working with your maintenance team to set up the active room and other key spaces.
Day 2: Physical setup and nourishment preparation
Continue installing equipment and arranging ambiance elements—plants, gemstones, books, and functional pieces in their designated zones.
Walk through each pillar with your team to clarify how the physical environment supports each one. This alignment matters.
Source fresh ingredients for the week's nourishing breakfasts, smoothies, and meals.
Prepare the kitchen workspace and confirm all equipment is functioning.
Do a final walkthrough of every area. Does it feel intentional? Grounded? Ready?
Why this matters:
These two days prevent chaos on day one of the program.
They honor the transformation you are about to begin—not by rushing, but by arriving calm and prepared.
By day one, your office is already breathing. Your team can feel it.
