Ordering the Oasis-Office sanctuary is transparent, structured, and straightforward. Here's how it works.

 

**The company owns everything.** When you transform your office through Oasis-Office, all the items, plants, and equipment become part of your workspace — yours to keep and build on. There's no rental phase or temporary setup. The sanctuary is permanent.

 

**Your contact person leads the ordering.** We send you these grouped lists, and your contact person uses them to coordinate with suppliers. Each list shows every product, its price, and where to order it — many items link directly to the product page so there's no guessing about which version or quality level you're getting.

 

**You see the total at every step.** Every grouping has a subtotal. Every page has a grand total. At the end, you see the complete investment for your full transformation — no surprises, no hidden costs. Transparency is built in from the start.

 

**The lists are organized by zone.** Kitchen, reception, activity space, calm space, work spaces, canteen — each gets its own page. That way you can order by priority, by supplier, or all at once. Your contact person decides the pace that works for your team and budget.

 

**What comes next.** Once you've reviewed the lists and confirmed the investment, we move to the ordering phase. From there, Nicole arrives for your two-day pre-program setup — Tuesday for analysis and planning, Wednesday for the physical transformation. By the time your team gathers on day one of the program, the sanctuary is ready.
