• Confirm arrival and store boxes safely in the office
• Print and distribute the Oasis Office transformation booklet to every team member
• Unpack plants from the care boxes early
• Water plants regularly to keep them healthy and vibrant
• Prepare storage areas for all materials
• Coordinate with Nicole on any questions or adjustments
