Oasis-Office: 8 day transformation

Building a sanctuary

Phase 0: Preparation & Office Scan

Participants: CEO, Office Contact Person, Mrs. Nicole Waasdorp

Purpose:

Establish alignment and clear communication channels to ensure smooth execution of the transformation.

Key Actions:

The Office Contact Person is assigned to serve as the internal bridge. They will engage in meetings and ongoing online coordination with Mrs. Nicole Waasdorp and/or the facilitator, and remain fully aligned with the CEO on vision, goals, and process.

Why It Matters:

This phase ensures leadership stays connected throughout the transformation. The Contact Person keeps the CEO informed, supports decision flow, and helps ground the vision in daily reality—laying the foundation for a truly integrated workplace sanctuary.

Phase 1: the 2-Day Visionary Leader Implementation

Participants: CEO and chosen team members

Schedule:
Thursday: 15:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

What: In-Office Mini Retreat
A focused, immersive experience designed to align leadership around the Oasis-Office vision through reflection, connection, and hands-on planning.

Why:
Before the team begins, leaders go first. This ensures the transformation is not just directed from the top, but lived and embodied by those who lead.

Result:
Leaders don’t just guide the change — they become its first expression.

Here’s the updated Phase 2 with your schedule clearly included:

**Phase 2: 5-Day Implementation Team & CEO Program**

*Schedule:* Monday to Friday, one workweek, 08:00 – 17:00

*What:* Each day, the team steps into the 8 Oasis-Office pillars—fully, gently, together

*Why:* To create the best day ever. Every day.

The experience unfolds across five intentional days, weaving together:

- **Environment:** Soulful, breathable, nature-infused spaces

- **Work:** Purposeful, focused, and wise—where your work becomes your gym through walking meetings, standing sessions, and outdoor focus blocks

- **Team:** Meetings that build tribe, trust, and belonging

- **Skills:** Practical learning, creative reflections, and skill-building journaling embedded into the workflow

- **Personal Self:** Development, relaxation, and re-energizing through mindful pauses and personal reflection

- **Self-Care:** Hydration, nutrient-dense nourishment, and daily rituals that restore

This phase turns vision into lived rhythm—not as a one-time shift, but as a daily practice, where growth happens through the flow of real work and real connection.

The full program now flows clearly from preparation to leadership immersion, then into a full week of embodied transformation. Would you like me to compile this into a shareable format—like a clean PDF or social post carousel? 🌿

They move, breathe, taste, journal, share, rest — not as theory, but as experience.

They feel the cacao, walk the circuits, sit in the Zen Garden, try the journal paths.

This is not training. It’s embodiment

They co-create with Nicole the rollout plan with care.

They commit — not just to implement, but to lead from within.

By the end, they are not just managers.

They are living examples.

Phase 2:

5-Day Implementation Program

.Each day, the team steps into the pillars — fully, gently, together.

Day 1 – Pillar 1: Space & Calm  .

Together, we bring in plants, light, cushions, art.

We set up the Zen Garden, Calm Corners, Journal Corner, long table, hammock.

We soften the space — so the heart can open.

This is not decoration. It’s designing a sanctuary.

Day 2 – Pilar2: Structure & Pillar 3: Movement

We awaken the body. We work on the daily tasks with structure that combats procrastination of physical- and mental responsibilities.

Together, we practice:

  • Circuit 1 (Morning Warmup)
  • Circuit 2 (Pre-Work Energizer).
  • We learn walking meetings, desk resets, pomodoro breaks every 30 minutes*.
  • Timemanagement fusion of the ABC-135-deep work-time faming

We learn: energy is not endless — it’s rhythmic.

*Except the deep work stage

Day 3 – Pillar 3: Hydration & Pillar 4: Food ( vegan, raw, organic)

We nourish from within:

  • Together, we make electrolyte drinks, detox water, cacao, mushroom coffee.
  • We prepare smoothie bowls, protein milkshakes, raw wraps, salad jars, energy rolls, warm comfort drinks, cooling energising lemonades.

We set up hydration stations, tea corners, living food kitchen.

We learn: food is not fuel — it’s care, served with intention.

Day 4 – Pillar 5: Mental Wellness & Pillar 6: Self development

We return to stillness.

  • Together, we practice breathwork (4-7-8, box breathing), body scans, mindful pauses, sound baths.
  • We create the Calm Corner — a space to reset in 10 minutes.
  • Practice journals: gratitude, creative, wealth, skill, personal development
  • We learn: clarity comes not from more thinking — but from essentialism

Day 5 – Pillar 5: Emotional Wellness

We create space to feel.

Together, we practice pair shares: “One thing I’ve been carrying…”

We hold group circles — no fixing, just listening.

We create the Appreciation Drop — a box for quiet gratitude.

We share silent tea.

We learn: a team that feels together, stays together.

Day 6 – Pillar 6: Personal Development

We turn to the self.

Together, we begin the Morning Journal Practice — with five paths:

  • 1. Gratitude
  • 2. Wealth Creation
  • 3. Corporate Skill Building
  • 4. Creative Development (drawing, sculpture, art reflection)
  • 5. Self-Development

Each person chooses one. We write in silence.

We learn: growth is not about more — it’s about deeper

Day 5 – Pillar 7: Corporate Culture & Pillar 8: Connection & Comfort

  • We shift how we are together.
  • Together, we switch roles — CEO becomes receptionist, developer becomes tea maker.
  • We clean our own desks, water our own plants, change into soft clothes.
  • We practice walk & talk, hammock strategy, tea-time meetings.
  • We learn: culture is not what’s said — it’s what’s **lived**.

We close in belonging.

  • Together, we share Oasis Unwind — potluck, music from the heart, slow time.
  • We protect Unwinding Time — one hour to journal, draw, dream.
  • We eat at the long table, rest in the Zen Garden, walk in silence.

We learn: connection is not built in events — it’s built in rhythm.

Words & Recap

The Flow

Leaders go first — 2-day retreat to embody the change.

Team follows — 8-day program, one pillar per day.

After Day 8, the practices weave together — naturally, gently — as the new rhythm takes root.

This is not a program.

It’s a **living culture of care** — where work feels human again.
