8:00–9:00 AM  

Start with care: movement, hydration, gratitude, and your daily plan (1A–3B–5C).

 

9:00–11:00 AM  

Deep work block — uninterrupted focus on your most important task. No breaks. No distractions. Just flow.

 

11:00–11:10 AM  

Brain-boosting break  

Sip a delicious walnut milkshake with cacao or berries—rich in 8 other Superfood brain-supporting nutrients. A moment to recharge and celebrate your focus.

 

11:10 AM–1:00 PM  

Medium and small tasks, with a 5-minute refresh every 30 minutes:
