  – Why Natural Light Matters

 

Natural light isn’t just beautiful—it’s a game-changer. It boosts mood, sharpens focus, and supports healthy circadian rhythms by syncing with your body’s natural clock. That’s why we’re making a shift: switching off overhead lights and opening the blinds to let daylight lead the way.

 

We’ll only use artificial light when necessary, like on cloudy days or after sunset. And in the evening, we’ll avoid bright screens and switch to warm lighting to support rest.

 

For office lighting, we recommend warm-white LEDs (3000–4000K) with dimmers—bright enough to energize, but not harsh. Let’s work with nature, not against it.
