Zen Gardens
Oasis-Office: Zen Gardens
Are little oases of calm under Pillar 1: Ambience - Biophilic elements
Zen gardens are not just decor, but living spaces for quiet reflection, where anyone can pause, breathe, and reset by simply raking a new pattern.
Zen gardens are mindfulness in motion—subtle, personal, and always there when needed
At day one of the 8 day Oasis-Office implementation we have two workshops with the team.
Workshop 1: creation of three larger Zen gardens
In key areas—reception, the main workspace, and the dedicated calm space.
Zen gardens are not just decor, but living spaces for quiet reflection, where anyone can pause, breathe, and reset by simply raking a new pattern.
Each designed as a shared sanctuary for pause and presence.
These aren’t just beautiful focal points; they’re invitations to step away, breathe, and reset.
Workshop 2: Mini zen desk gardens.
For every desk, team members will make a personalized mini rock garden.
Each one features a unique, hand-selected gemstone—like amethyst for calm, citrine for clarity, or black tourmaline for grounding—carefully chosen to support focus and well-being. The variety adds a personal touch while reinforcing the idea that care is both collective and individual.
You can explore the full selection and meaning of each stone in the Gemstone Guide chapter—perfect for sparking conversation and connection during our Day One co-creation session.
Team project:
This hands-on project isn’t just fun—it’s grounding.
Tending to small, intentional spaces fosters presence, reduces stress, and symbolizes care, both for the environment and each other.
By building these together, the team co-creates a culture of calm from day one. It sets the tone: this office isn’t just a place to work—it’s an oasis designed to restore energy, inspire focus, and nurture well-being.
