Pre-implementation preparation: two days before the eight-day program begins
Setting the foundation for transformation
These two days are about creating the conditions for your Oasis to flourish.
Tuesday — Arrival and office assessment
Nicole arrives early to oversee logistics and coordinate with your contact person. This sets the tone — calm, intentional, prepared.
Meeting with contact person
Align on logistics and settle into your location.
Meeting and walk with CEO
You meet with Nicole and key team members. Together, you walk through the office to understand the existing space — layouts, energy flows, current pain points.
You introduce Nicole to your team. They see her face for the first time and understand who will be guiding them through the transformation ahead.
Unpack and organize
Nicole unpacks the premium care boxes together with the contact person. Inside: office equipment, kitchen supplies, plants, gemstones, books, water station, wellness tools, relaxation items, and supplies for the active room.
Office analysis
Nicole completes the Office Analysis Checklist to assess layout, ergonomics, feng shui, biophilic potential, and current energy across the space.

What happens by day's end
Everything is unpacked and organized. The office is assessed. Ready for tomorrow's placement.
Wednesday — Physical setup and nourishment preparation
Physical transformation
With the contact person, Nicole continues installing equipment and arranging ambiance elements — plants, gemstones, books, and functional pieces in their designated zones.
Everything is placed with intention and care. Your team continues their work — the transformation happens quietly around them.
Nourishment readiness
Nicole prepares the kitchen workspace. She stocks the fresh ingredients she's brought. She confirms all equipment is functioning. Water stations are ready. Everything is prepared for the rhythm to begin.
Final walkthrough
Nicole does a final walkthrough of every area. Does it feel intentional? Grounded? Ready?
Why this matters:
These two days create structure and alignment. They honor the transformation your organization is about to undertake — not by rushing, but by arriving calm and prepared.
By the first day of the program, your office is already breathing. Your team can feel it.
